My Results email is not showing all lists posted to?

Hello
With the ipostad submitter, things have changed where as the submission result will ONLY show the safelists it could submit to. If you submitted to Safelist A on Monday and try again on Tuesday but it only allows you to submit every 3 days, then it will skip it on Tuesday and on wednesday and then submit on Thursday.
Before the submitter would attempt to post to every list and this would use more resources on both ipostad and the safelists themselves.
Now your posts are time stamped and the system will only post to those your are able to.
If you login and check the last post results of the different lists you will get a more detailed report and in the top left will be the time you last posted and the safelist will say if you were able to post, when you can post next etc.
