QUESTION

How do I know when I have reached (or about to reach) the size limit of my inbox?

Would you automatically e-mail me if I had reached the inbox size limit?

Would you bounce my e-mails when I exceed the inbox size limit?

Your quota will all depend on what size each email is that you receive.
Every email is a different size. So one day a certain amount of emails
could be 75MB but then the next day it could be a totally different
amount. This will depend on if you receive a lot of HTML emails as those
are quite a lot larger in size then plain text emails.

There is approximately 50 000 kb in a 50MB account
There is approximately 75 000 kb in 75MB account.
There is approximately 100 000 kb in 100MB account
There is approximately 200 000 kb in 200MB account

So say if each email was 4kb then that is

12 500 emails roughly for a 50MB account
18 750 emails roughly for a 75MB account.
25 000 emails roughly for a 100MB account
50 000 emails roughly for a 200MB account

This is JUST a guess, so gauge your account with this rough estimation.
It could be more or less depending on the amount and Type of emails your
account receives and the size of them :o)

We either need you to make sure you do not go over your purchased quota
by logging in every day or more if needed, to your account and taking
care of the emails, using the email potty or the one click delete, or
upgrade your account to a new level that will provide the size you need
for your emails. We give you MANY options to deal with your inbox and
quantity of email. There is NO reason why any account should go over its
quota if properly managed.

Login then go to account management and click the button that says
Delete all email in inbox.
This is a quick and efficient way to delete all emails instead of doing
it page by page.
